Meet Taina Manigat

Taina was raised in Long Island, NY but has called Bushwick, Brooklyn her home for about 7 years. With her strong background in dance and live performance Taina has never been one to shy away from the spotlight. Never being huge on using commercial gym spaces, Taina utilized the spaces she had access to like her tiny Brooklyn kitchen, bedroom, and even rooftop. As time went on, her physical fitness improved and it became her goal to show folks that you are all you need when it comes to transforming your mind and body! Mixing her love of music, obsession with HIIT, strength training and life of the party energy, Taina is ready to help y’all find fulfillment in fitness.
